Orders and product availability

You can find inspiration by browsing our wide selection of sunglasses and eyeglasses, navigating through the site categories. Alternatively, if you know the brand or model, try our search engine. Once you have identified the model you wish to purchase, add it directly to your cart and proceed to checkout, following the instructions provided during the checkout process. If you prefer, contact us by phone or chat, directly from the product page. We will be happy to assist you in real-time with your choice and the ordering process.

If you are interested in a new model of prescription glasses or sunglasses that you cannot yet find on our website, we may be able to help you. Contact us via chat, email, or phone. To help us find the glasses of your dreams, please provide us with the brand name, model number, and, if available, send us a photo. We will do our best to fulfill your request.

In our online catalog, we regularly publish and update the actual availability of items based on our inventory. Generally, if a model is not immediately available for purchase, it means it is out of stock, either temporarily or permanently.

Payments and discount code

You can redeem a discount code you received via email or that we assigned to you simply by entering it during checkout, before proceeding with payment. If you need assistance or would like more information about discount codes, you can contact us via WhatsApp, Email, or by Phone

You can formalize the payment for your order using your preferred method: Mastercard, Visa or American Express Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Scalapay. Please remember that the transaction may not be debited immediately, but only when the order is accepted and processed. Payment by advance bank transfer is possible. Cash on delivery is not possible.

Being able to reach you by phone is important. Should we notice an issue with your email address or regarding the shipping address, we will contact you promptly to obtain the correct information. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping method and cost may vary depending on the destination country selected and are calculated during checkout. Please note that deliveries outside the European Union are subject to local duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the Customer.
Italy: Free Shipping
Europe: Shipping 30 Euros (Zone 2,3,4)
United States: Shipping 40 Euros
Worldwide: Shipping 60 Euros

As soon as your order is shipped from one of our logistics centers, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link for the Express Courier that will make the delivery. We recommend checking the tracking to follow the delivery on the Express Courier's website and contacting them directly in case of delivery delays or issues.

Your order will be processed shortly. For this reason, we kindly ask you to contact us promptly if you wish to change the delivery address or method for an order that has already been confirmed. In the event of a delivery order with an incorrect address, please contact us after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt. We will reschedule a new attempt at the new address, if it is in the same province.

Order confirmation and management

To cancel an order you have just placed, you can simply contact us by phone, Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:00, or by email or chat. We will do our best to respond to your request quickly. Please note that our system is designed to process orders quickly, so we recommend communicating any changes promptly. Once an order is processed for fulfillment and shipping by one of our logistics centers, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled.

After placing an order and receiving payment approval, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 5 minutes, please check your email client's spam folder. In case of non-receipt, please contact us via chat, email, or phone. We will verify your email address together and resend the confirmation.

Your order number is displayed on screen with the transaction confirmation, after successfully completing checkout. You will also receive it in the order confirmation email, which will contain all the necessary details.

If something about the product you purchased is not exactly as expected, or you have simply changed your mind, you have 14 days to return or exchange your item. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details on how to return or exchange the product you purchased and received at home.

Returns and refunds

Return shipping is free for orders over 599 euros in Italy; while for returns from outside Italy, it is free for orders over 799 euros.
For returns from countries that require payment of local duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return request, please contact our Customer Care by phone, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 17:00, or by email, providing us with your order number and the reason for the request. We will guide you every step of the way. Any item returned without our authorization or without the warranty seal on the bridge of the glasses will not be eligible for a refund. Items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of receiving return confirmation. Please ensure to promptly return the item to avoid delays in processing your refund. To be eligible for a refund, returned goods must be unused and in perfect condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact. We will not be able to refund any goods that do not meet these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the returned item until it is delivered back to us by the Express Courier.

Typically, you will receive confirmation of your refund within 14 days of the return shipment and its delivery to one of our facilities. Please remember that every returned item is checked and verified by our staff, who will either accept the product or report any unsuitability for a refund. If approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
