At Ottica Azzurro Capri, we are committed to ensuring your purchase is always a satisfying one. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it. We invite you to review our Returns and Refunds Policy:
Return Period
To initiate a return request, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The withdrawal period, during which you can exercise your right to return the product, expires 14 days after the day on which you or a person designated by you, other than the delivery courier, takes actual physical possession of the ordered product. In the case of multiple products ordered in the same order but delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which you physically take possession of the last item delivered.
How to request a return
To initiate your return request, contact our Customer Service via email at info@otticazzurrocapri.com, attaching photos of the glasses and all components received inside the box.
Restocking Fees
Return shipping is free for orders over 599 euros in Italy; for returns from outside Italy, it is free for orders over 799 euros.
For returns from countries that require the payment of local duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer.
Authorization and return label
To ensure a smooth return process, we ask you to obtain authorization from our Customer Service before sending the item back to us. Any item returned without our authorization will not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all accessories and original packaging intact.
The colored disposable warranty seal applied by us to the bridge of the glasses, which is an integral part of the item, must not be removed for any reason in order for a possible return to be processed.
NB: The seal is specially designed to be applied to all materials of all frames, so they are 100% scratch-resistant
We will not be able to refund items that do not meet these criteria. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the returned item until it is delivered back to us. For more information on the right to return and refund, please consult our Terms and Conditions of Service document.
Refund process
Once the returned item is received and its eligibility verified, we will initiate the refund process. You will be refunded the price paid for the item, minus restocking fees. Please note that shipping costs and any incurred taxes are non-refundable. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
For Ultra Express one-day shipping requests, in case of a return with a refund request, the cost of the price difference for the service will be deducted from the refund; generally, the cost varies from 8€ to 12€.
If the customer requests a return after an exchange, the refund will be issued as a voucher redeemable on the website www.otticazzurrocapri.com, for the same amount as the purchased product.
Exclusions
Customized frames (Custom) and (Special Color), reserved items, and those with prescription lenses are not eligible for a refund, unless they are defective or do not match the prescription provided at the time of purchase. In case of a defect or discrepancy with the prescription, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
Defects on delivery
All items we ship are checked by our quality control before shipment. In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you and help you resolve the issue.
